WE SELL ONLY NATURAL DIAMONDS. NONE of our diamonds have been treated, altered, irradiated, laser drilled, fracture filled, clarity or color enhanced in any way.

Exchange
Policy		 SEVEN DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE. You may return your purchase for a refund or exchange if you are unsatisfied for any reason. Refunds are subject to a 3% restock fee. Shipping charges are non refundable. Special orders, and custom made items are not returnable. You are responsible for the item once you sign for it, till we sign for it. We can not accept items that have been altered or damaged. You must call us to obtain a return authorization PRIOR to shipping the item back to us. No packages will be accepted without a return authorization. This is especially important as we will also be giving you specific shipping instructions for your protection.
Lifetime Trade up Policy You may return your diamond at any time for a full store credit against a new purchase of at least two times your original purchase price. Trade up is available for most items. If trading up is something you might consider, please check with us at the time of purchase to make sure your item qualifies.

In some cases only the center diamond will qualify for trade up. Rings may not qualify for trade up depending on the specifics of the ring. Only one item may be traded up at a time. The trade up credit must be applied to one item.
Layaway Policy


Layaway Terms- A 50% deposit is required to initiate a layaway- the balance must be cleared within 6 months. We require at least 1/6 of the balance every month. Should you cancel, or request a refund at any time, a re-stock fee equal to 10% of the entire purchase will be charged.

Please call us to verify the item you are looking at is eligible for layaway.
Bidding We reserve the right to cancel bids by those with negative or insufficient feedback. We love first time ebay buyers. If this is your first experience with ebay, you MUST write to us first so we can go over the procedure.

YOURS: ALL BIDDERS WITH LESS THAN 10 FEEDBACKS MUST CONTACT US PRIOR TO BIDDING. Bids from these bidders will be immediately removed unless you write to us before you bid.
Payment We accept MC/Visa, Discover and American Express directly. We have long standing accounts with these companies. Therefore we do NOT accept Paypal. Money orders, certified checks, personal checks, or bank to bank transfers are preferred. No Credit Cards will be accepted from Indonesia.
Payment must be received within one week of end of auction. New York residents must pay 8.625% sales tax.
