1.59ct K VVS1 Emerald Cut Three Stone Diamond RingWhen I saw this emerald cut, I loved the step characteristics. The overall personality was somewhat reminiscent of vintage feel... this inspired us to have it recut to add the open culet - which I particularly love in this stone. Below is a photo of this diamond prior to adding the open culet. The diamond had a beautiful look prior, but open culet really adds to the personality of the stone. The clarity of VVS1 is nearly perfect - nothing to worry about in terms of imperfections with this diamond. The Ring We used a lovely set of K color Tapered Baguettes - with the ends trimmed to a point- as shown below in a capsule. The ring features sinuous claw prongs.
