2. Generally, purchases are made over the phone, or email in cases where telephone is not convenient.
At that time we'll discuss all the policies regarding your purchase, including the cash/wire discount, money back guarantee, trade up and any other questions you might have.

3. We call you prior to our overnight insured UPS shipping the item to make sure you will be there

4. There are discounts available for wire transfers

5. Since we stock the items on the site, many folks get their new jewelry or diamond the next day.
