SHIPPING POLICY:

We ship all our packages with full insurance. The charge for shipping is based on the value of the item and cost of insurance. In the unlikely event that an item is lost in transit, we can either send you another item as soon as possible (the timescale will depend on what we’re replacing) or you can opt to receive a full refund. This usually takes around for 30 days for our insurers to process and funds will be returned to you by check.

On delivery, if your package looks as though it has been tampered with, please DO NOT accept receipt. Please contact us immediately and we will advise.

If you receive an item that appears to have been damaged in transit, please let us know as soon as possible.

SALES TAX & IMPORT DUTIES:

Sales Tax and Import Duties If you live in New York, we have to charge you the current applicable rate of sales tax. This will be detailed on your bill of sale. If you live out of State, we can not collect tax. Yay!

Overseas customers are responsible for paying any and all import duties, taxes and charges in their own country. These are imposed by your government and are therefore not determined by us in any way. They will be collected locally and may need to be paid before your package will be released to you.

To avoid any unpleasant surprises, we recommend that you take a look at your government’s website – they will provide you with information on import taxes and charges or direct you to the appropriate agency in your country.
