We paired the lovely Pinkish round with Icy White side diamonds.
They offer a wonderful contrast to the center diamond. I really love the proportions as well.

What a cool stone! It is clearly not a pure pink diamond, but there's a lot of pink in the amazing hue coming back to your eye.
The cut is perfect for this color, which is different than you'd want in a colorless round brilliant. There are a lot of large white flashes coming off this diamond.
It is an SI2, and I can see why looking at the pictures.
However, in person the SI2 clarity is not a detriment at all. The nature of the imperfections makes them invisible to the naked eye.
We all know that pink diamonds cost an arm and a leg.
Not that the price of this diamond is a trivial sum, but it's a fraction of what a pure pink diamond would cast and the color is pretty much indescribable with words - it's so freakin kewl!! |
