Given the relative consistency of the sort of lab diamonds being cut, this is a rare find.
It's funky!!
I would have called it Old European... it's got that look.
Large pavilion facets - and open culet.
There's an imperfection at the edge of the table - you can see it in a few of the pictures.
I can't see it with the naked eye, you might be able to if you've got better eyes than these old ones. But even then, it's minor.
I grade it SI1, IGI charitably gave it VS2.
The little thingy doesn't take away from the beauty of the stone in any event - and beautiful it is.

The diamond was grown HPHT, totally colorless. IGI says D, I'll agree.
Lovely stone - we were thinking of a mill grain pendant - but I said, let's offer it loose and let the people decide.
