Here's a wonderfully funky pear shape diamond. GIA called it "Pear Brilliant" and... well, they're wrong.
The pavilion has a wonderful design culminating at a tapered hexagonal open culet. 45% depth with amazing light performance is primarily due to this pavilion design.
If you're sharp eyed, you'll be able to see through the little hexagonal window the culet creates.
No matter your vision, if you can see the diamond, you'll see the 10mm+ size. Impressive for a 1.02ct.
GIA grades the diamond I1, but it's eye clean- you can see in the video.
The cut also hides the color well. The large flashes are white.
