Domestic Shipping
We offer complimentary FedEx insured shipping on most domestic purchases. In the unlikely event that an item is lost in transit, we will either send you another item as soon as possible or issue a full refund.
Upon delivery, if your package looks as though it has been tampered with, please do not accept receipt. Contact us immediately and we will advise.
If you receive an item that appears to have been damaged in transit, please let us know as soon as possible.
Canada
We offer free FedEx insured shipping for our Canadian friends and neighbors on purchases of $1,500 and over.
International Shipping
Overseas shipping is done via FedEx International. The cost for international shipments ranges from $100 and up depending on insurance value. Overseas customers are responsible for paying any and all import duties, taxes, and charges in their own country. These are imposed by your government and are not determined by us. They will be collected locally and may need to be paid before your package is released.

Sending Diamonds or Jewelry
Please do not ship jewelry to us without checking with us first. We will provide specific security procedures that must be followed when shipping valuable jewelry.
We offer fully insured shipping at reasonable cost. If our security procedures are not followed, or you choose to ship and/or insure your jewelry on your own, we cannot be responsible for losses.
Sales Tax
If you live in New York State, or the item is picked up at our office, we are required to collect applicable New York State sales tax. We cannot collect sales tax on shipments to points outside of New York State.
