Here's a sweet piece of diamond.

It was cut from a shallow piece of rough which was sawed off a larger piece. A buddy of ours, here in NYC, is a cutter of a lot of antique style diamonds. He envisioned a phenomenal use of this piece. It's antique-inspired with a very large culet.

I'd call it a moval. 8.71mm is quite a lovely show for 1.02cts- and it's all sparkle- absolutely no bow tie whatsoever.

I'd call the color "Ivory" - lovely light yellow.

VVS2, the stone is clean as a whistle. One that's never been used at a football game.
