SOLD...1.14 VVS Pink Oval Diamond Ring GIA R1340
This item is currently out of stock.
This is an amazing piece- from so many perspectives- starting with the the collection of stones. Pink diamonds are incredibly rare. This particular one is remarkable. "Light Pink" is the GIA grade. Put the word "Fancy" in front of that and it's another $40,000. A 1.00ct Fancy Pink will run over $100k in many cases. A Fancy Pink VVS would certainly be over $100 K if it was a nice one. Even though GIA called it' Light Pink", the pink is a lovely shade - instantly apparent. It's not dark pink. Rather a delicate hue- perfectly suited to the shape and shade. People will notice that it is , indeed, a pink diamond. This stone is totally and completely natural. GIA will not issue a report for an irradiated diamond. That's just one of the important reasons never to consider such a stone without a GIA report The cut is excellent. It's not cut like any "white" diamond I've seen. The facets on the bottom are arranged in such a way that the stone "flashes" from any angle. This was cut by people specifically expert in Pink Diamonds- and it shows. The sparkle is unbelievable. As GIA graded it VVS2, there's really nothing to talk about clarity- wise. We always take extra special care picking our side diamonds, finding these was just a matter of luck. Who would have imagined a parcel of pink and yellow Marquises and Pear Shapes. We've mixed the marquise and pear shapes here- turns out it's an essential aspect of the design. It's irregular. Like Nature. The ring is not shy in any way. I'm sure people would wear it as an every day ring - but it's quite special The photos above are ACTUAL Photos of the diamond and ring you will receive.
