Here's a gorgeous old European cut diamond. I believe that it is a true antique stone, however it has been cleaned up. For this reason, it looks brand new in terms of condition. There are no abrasions or chips whatsoever. Also, the girdle is in perfect condition.
GIA graded the diamond K color. There is a little bit of a tint, but the gorgeous chunky cut really does hide the color.
It’s also a very clean Diamond. GIA graded it VVS2
The size is another plus. At 1.46cts, you’re paying the per carat price for a one carat diamond, but getting a carat and a half.
Also, the stone spreads very nicely for an antique stone of the size.
This diamond has been examined and graded by the Gemological Institute of America. The report accompanies your purchase.
