1.55ct Fancy Intense Yellow Internally Flawless Pear Diamond

This is an exceptional Diamond no matter how you cut it. In terms of the color, it is a very strong fancy intense yellow. I was quite sure it was vivid the first time I gazed upon it. As an internally flawless, if GIA had issued the vivid grade, the Stone would triple in price. Stones which are graded fancy vivid yellow, internally flawless, are the canary diamond equivalent to a D flawless.

The cut is very pretty in person – however quite difficult to capture with the camera. The cutting style is "pair brilliant". That's fairly unusual for a stone of this color. The light performance is a unique combination of smaller and larger sparkles. This is a very attractive combination. I would not call it a bowtie as the center is not darker than the tip, ,but the sparkle is different in the center and at the tip. It blends beautifully like you'd want a pear shape to do.
