It's a cool diamond - shaped like Buddha.
The specifics - the stone is actually classified as Modified Brilliant- though it looks like a rose cut. It actually has a table on one side, and a culet on the other.
So it behaves like a hybrid rose/brilliant. You get a lot of nice flashes from the angles created by the pavilion facets. Yet, you can almost see right through it- like a rose cut.
I love the light brown color.
