I cannot say for sure that this is an antique diamond, but in many ways, it looks like one.
There is chunky faceting that produces large, super bright flashes.
The stone is slightly asymmetrical - in a very pleasant manner. The open culet, is another characteristic of older stones.
On the other hand, the stone looks brand new. It is in perfect condition, no chips or abrasions whatsoever.
The stone has a lot of advantages. For one, it looks much larger than 2.70cts. It looks larger than 3cts honestly.
Also the bright flashes truly hide the J color the stone looks very white.
VVS2- it's a very clean diamond.
