What a sweet oval diamond! I love the color. IGI called it "Fancy Yellow," and I do agree in this case.

Itis not too deep in shade. In contrast to natural fancy yellow diamonds, lighter colors like this stone seem to harder to achieve - for whatever reason they are kinda rare. I prefer to pay a little more for an exceptional stone as opposed to getting a less desirable stone at a huge discount.

The cut is just right on this one. Beautiful long (1.43:1) oval shape. Oval Modified brilliant - the modification is some additional facets on the bottom of the diamond. This results in a total lack of "bow-tie" effect.

The side stones are very cool unto themselves.

Bowed edge trilliants. They have a very cool look to them, and the curved outline suits the graceful lines of the oval perfectly.

The bottom of the center stone is easy to see because we don't enclose it. Easier to clean and overall nicer and brighter.
