This is one of those Oh My Goodness! stones.
The color is just so pure and bright. Combined with clean, crystal body material- so the stone sparkles a vivid blue.
The cutter did such a wonderful job on the stone.

It is a heated stone- this is a customary step. The heating is done before the stone is polished (cut)
If a stone looked this good, with a GIA report declaring no heat, the price would be double.
