.72ct H SI1 Radiant Cut Diamond Halo Ring
The thing about the diamond business I love the most... well, more accurately one of the things I love the most - is that it's based on taste. Like Music (my first love) or art.
So, some people - .most people are going to buy a "normal" round brilliant diamond. Understandable, a circle is probably one of the most basic shapes, our love for a circle is probably instinctual.
This is kind of the antithesis of a circle. A perfectly done 1.33:1 rectangle. The cut of this stone is perfectly amazing. It's much harder to get such an even brilliance from a long rectangular shape like this than either round, or square.
Nice and white H color. Perfectly eye clean SI1 - beyond eye clean - it will take you a while in a microscope to find the imperfection in this stone.
We'll probably be hand forging a halo for this stone, but if you have other ideas, please let us know!
The Ring
We set the stone in a lovely platinum and rose gold setting. The pink halo in stark contrast to the colorless diamonds.
Hand forged and beautiful.
