2.24ct Fancy Deep Brown SI2 Cushion Cut Diamond Halo Ring
This is basically an "impossible" ring. The center diamond, as you can see, is quite the vivid color. With some orange highlights. Amazing.
It is cut pretty well - with a nice high crown. It is not the largest 2.24ct you will see, but it has a decent size.
Plus, when assessing cut, we consider different factors on a stone of this color, a compared to colorless. I really love the way the diamond sparkles.
The price of the diamond, well, it is one of the most reasonably priced two carat stones we've seen in a good long while. Figure it this way- the ring itself is about $4500 as a semi mount- meaning you're buying a 2.24ct for $2895. Crazy!
Then the ring - we made this ring for a very costly diamond - that was ultimately removed so it could be set in a different style - leaving the ring left over.
We would never build such a costly ring for such a reasonably priced diamond. So there you have the best of both worlds, Incredibly reasonably priced.
