1.04ct Fancy Yellowish Brown SI1 Cushion Cut Diamond Halo Ring

We picked through a lot of about 25 stones to finds this beauty. We have very close connections to the Indian diamond cutter who did this beauty. They do such a nice job with a square cushion like this!

I picked the stone because it's not all that dark. Definitely some coppery overtones. GIA graded the diamond SI1 - the color ensures that it is indeed eye clean.

The Ring

I love this ring so much - not that my opinion matters, the only person's opinion that counts here is yours (or the person you're giving it to).

Stili, I'll tell you why I love it, so you can get a good idea. I love the colors. The way the colorless diamonds contrast the deep rich brown center. I love the way the pink gold reacts to each of the different diamond colors. And I love the color of the pink gold itself.

I love the bezel - it's done just right. I love the split shank design, and the fact the ring is designed to be pretty low to the finger.

I love the price - we have amazing benches working with us. This ring was designed on a CAD (computer assisted design). The computer carves the wax. Our guys refine the wax, and cast the ring. Then it undergoes further finishing. It's a lot less costly to make a ring this way as compared to hand forged.
