8.03ct E VVS2 Emerald Cut Diamond

Here is a remarkable stone by any standard.

I don't know the overall history, but I do know my buddy bought the diamond "distressed"- it was a bit beat up, and needed a minor polishing to brig back to VG/VG.

The fact that there were abrasions and such indicate to me it was worn... of course it is perfect now.

To call the stone "noticeable" would be like calling the Pacific Ocean "a little water"

Remarkable cut - very large for its weight (as if we needed it to be bigger)

The stone has a very regal shape. E/VVS2 - hard to argue with that combo.

Sorry about the dust, you are not seeing anything in terms of imperfection in these photos.
