This is a beautiful hand made diamond solitaire ring. At the center of the ring is beautiful cushion cut diamond. The shape is a lovely rectangle with softly rounded edges. The cut is wonderful on this diamond. There is a lovely mix of crushed ice as well as some larger flashes of light. The color is wonderful lemony shade of yellow. Now set, this stone looks even more yellow than before. The clarity on this stone is VS1. This is a truly beautiful stone in a desirable size. The Ring This is a gorgeous hand forged platinum and 18Karat yellow gold ring. The shank has perfect proportions for the center diamond - not too delicate yet not too hefty. Although the style is simple, manufacturing it is quite difficult. The quality on this ring is amazing. It took many hours to hand forge the shank alone. The 18K yellow gold prongs were artfully created with a lovely claw shape to them. As they swoop down towards the shank, they morph into petals of a flower. This ring is elegant and graceful!
