1.08ct Light Green SI1 Cushion Cut Diamond Halo Ring
This stone will win you over the second you lay eyes on it in person. If it does not look greenish, it looks blue. Sometimes it might look almost colorless. It was very difficult to photograph this diamond.
The stone never looks dull - in spite of the Very Strong Blue Fluorescence. The reason I feel so confident about how you will react to the diamond is the color, combined with a cut that is nothing short of amazing.
I do not subscribe to the ideas that lead to a given type of diamond beings called "Ideal" cut. It's a brand name - there are many different types of cut that are considered ideal. This stone is a perfect example - the cut is designed to produce an amazing sparkle - like a thousand points of light.
The stone looks large for its weight. Totally eye clean SI1.
Green is very rare in diamonds. I've never seen another stone quite like this one in terms of color. It is special.
The Ring
The process of how our jewelry comes about is part of what makes it special.
First step is us liking a stone enough to purchase it, and offer it to y'all. Then, we sometimes decide on a piece of jewelry for the diamond. Once the bench is finished, and the jewelry is ready, I need to describe it for you. I look at the ring, and refer back to what I wrote about the diamond when it was loose.
In this case, the Uber ring has transformed the stone. The color is subtle to be sure, but you can see the light green at times. Sometimes it might look a light yellow. Sometimes it's looking almost colorless. It's always a treat for the eyes, no matter what color it's throwing.
I love the pink meleé.
