Here is a beautiful pear shape diamond. I admit I have a weakness for chubby pears and this one is chubby to the extreme - even in the profile it is puffy looking. The cut is stunning. This diamond has a great mix of crushed ice as well as some chunkiness. The stone has a good size for its weight and it has no visible bow tie to it. This diamond is on the softer side of yellow, but still decidedly so all the same. Now set, this diamond looks even more yellow and vibrant than before. The clarity on this stone is a very clean VS1. The split shank on this ring is prominent and is very complimentary to the shape of the center diamond. The ring has soft edges to it making it very comfortable to wear.
