This is a really cool cushion cut diamond. The stone has a lovely shape to it - rectangular with very soft edges. The cut on this stone is a nice mix of crushed ice and some larger flashes of light. We estimate the table on this stone to be about 60%. This gives the stone a rather high crown giving it an antique vibe to some extent. It is a very bright stone that is full of life. We have graded the clarity on this stone to be SI2. You can see the imperfections in the photos. Like in real life, many blend away into the sparkle of the stone. They do not detract from the beauty of the stone giving you a lot of stone for a great price! The color on this diamond is a bit more complex. We have graded it to be S-T, Light Brownish-Yellow. It has just a hint of brown to it. This stone does change shade depending on the lighting. Now set the diamond really cannot decide what color it really is - very chameleon like going from yellow to brown to white in color. The Ring A beautiful split shank ring. The diamond is sitting on its halo - which can be seen from the side. The diamonds go well down on the shank giving a whole lot of pink sparkle to the ring.
