It is hard to say enough good things about this diamond. From the standpoint of cut, it's a "perfect" emerald cut. Shape is a pleasing rectangular profile. Strong, bold corners. This is part of what creates the phenomenal glitter. The other is the beautifully executed step design - which you can see in the photo below showing the pavilion (back) of the diamond. Here you can see those steps through the "table"- which is the largest facet on a diamond the flat one on top. We're considering a solitaire, handmade- but no firm decision as of yet.
