Fancy Brownish Greenish Yellow Diamond

This is a gorgeous rock. It's huge, extremely well cut, and obviously, an exotic color.
It's pretty much common knowledge that the cut of a diamond is a crucial element of the beauty. This one is a virtual smorgasbord of sparkle.
Then there's the "oh so close to square" rectangular shape. A few millimeters difference, and GIA calls this "Cut Cornered Square Modified Brilliant" I love the way stones of this shape look in rings. The stone also has a depth of 61.8%- this means it looks as large as many 5.00carat stones you'll see.
Getting back to the color....consider the GIA grade. Fancy Brownish Greenish Yellow. For me, this is a lovely combination. The main color, of course, is yellow. At many times, the diamond simply looks Canary.
I love the shape and cut, and I love the color. Of course, since this could be your diamond, my taste means little. I can only describe them to the best of my ability. If you like the photos, you'll love the diamond in person.
