Above is a box containing 22 diamonds. All have GIA reports. All are very well cut. Twenty are graded Fancy Yellow, two are graded Fancy Intense Yellow. The cutter had a price on each- varying. We .....well bullied him. We put a single price on the entire lot- which gave him the incentive to accept far less than he had originally asked- buying the lot allowed us this luxury- and we pass those savings along to you.
This stone is a lovely cushion. Very nice size for it's weight and great sparkle to boot. The color is very pure and true. This stone was graded "Medium Blue Fluorescence" by GIA. it's virtually impossible to see this aspect unless you put the diamond in the dark and hit it with an ultra violet light. Some people in the trade believe that GIA is a bit tougher on color grades with such stones- and this one is a good example- it looks very much like an intense yellow
