Light yellow in diamonds can be quite beautiful- case in point, this gem. Oddly enough, this stone is the by-product of the cutting of a larger stone. The rough diamond is sawed into a big piece and a little piece. The cutter makes their money on the bigger chunk. That does not make it worth nothing- but since we buy from cutters, it helps to really give it a great price.
It's a great cut- with lots of sparkle, and huge visual size for it's weight. It's a very clean stone. The GIA report is for color only, I've issued the clarity grade conservatively
