1.03ct Light Pink Brown I1 Oval Diamond Halo RingThe thing that makes this diamond desirable is the color. There are many stones with the very same grade as this that are not desirable- for many reasons. First, let's consider the I1 clarity. In many cases I1 stones, as graded by GIA may have imperfections visible to the naked eye impacting brilliance. Many I1's, but not all..... These photos are very god at many things. One of them is that the strength of the macro lens allows me to show you imperfections you can't make out with the naked eye. It is the strength of the macro lens that allows me to show you imperfections you can't make out- in the photo above you can see the feather that caused GIA to grade the diamond I1 clarity. You can see it in other photos as well, but then again it's not distinct in some. In real life, that's what happens- the sparkle of the stone takes over. This means your eye can't focus on the feather. The feather is located inside the diamond and poses no structural risk during wear whatsoever. The cut is phenomenal. Great sparkle all the way through - avoiding the "bow tie" effect. The stone has great size for its weight - based on surface areas it looks like many stones that weight 1.20ct + The Color Let's face it, the star of the show when it comes to a stone like this is the color. That's why we purchased it - from the standpoint of color and brilliance, it is amazing. The photos do not lie - like the photos, it shows a lot pf pink in person. The photos below show as much brown as we could. Remember, unlike other sites, we don't adjust the pictures digitally - this is the way they come out of the camera. The two photos below are taken in a light box, so the white balance of the camera adjusts showing a different hue - I like this as it's actually accurate to real life. Things look different in natural lighting as opposed to office light. The Ring This one is so classic - the stone really looks amazing in the setting. The photos above are ACTUAL Photos of the diamond ring you will receive. Guides Related to Diamonds Fancy Colored Diamond Buying Guide How much will my new diamond appraise for?
