When GIA is grading the colors, a modifier precedes the main color. Pink in this case. If the modifier it is brown and identified as "Fancy Brown Pink", the stone has more brown than the grade of this stone - "Fancy Brownish Pink".
The photos give you an accurate picture - the stone really shows pink.
The cutter submitted the stone for a GIA color only report. I graded the stone I1 based on the feather that you can see in the lower right corner of the diamond. If there is any detraction from the overall brilliance of the diamond, it's not apparent. The stone is quite brilliant. Especially considering the depth of color. Nice value here.
The Ring
Here is another version of our Pink Lemonade™ diamond ring.
In this case we used a pair of glittering light yellow emerald cuts as side diamonds. The subtle color of the yellows really makes the pink "POP"!
The ring is an Uber masterpiece all the way.
The photos above are ACTUAL Photos of the diamond ring you will receive.
