1.45ct Ceylon Blue Emerald Cut Sapphire, Non-Heated, Three Stone Diamond RingThis is a stunning blue sapphire - the photos give you the barest idea of the “life” of this stone. In sapphires, emerald Cuts are more rare than cushions. The basic facet design echoes the way you would cut an emerald cut diamond - making this even more rare. Many sapphires cut into this shape are not true "step cuts." The color is a pure true blue. Not to dark, not to light. It is a rare stone for purity, and brilliance of color as well as the step cut - an extraordinary example. The origin of this stone is Madagascar and it has not be in heated - which truly makes this a rare beauty. NOTE: The stone has no surface abrasions, chips, or cavities. Whatever you might see in the close up photos is dust. The Ring Completely colorless step cut trapezoidal diamonds were chosen as side stones for this ring. They are a perfect compliment in cut yet giving a lovely contrast of color. The ring is beautifully made - claw shaped prongs with the side stones perfectly angled. It is a wonderful mix of feminine lines yet sturdy enough for daily wear. The photos above are ACTUAL Photos of the sapphire ring you will receive.
