We are now working with master gemstone cutter Roger Dery. This is a precision cut stone, cut by Roger. He is a cutter who sources much of the rough at the actual mines. This means we get accurate origin info as well as if a stone was treated or not. This is an amazing Cushion Cut Spessartite Garnet. The color on this stone is gorgeous - a vibrant shade of burnt orange. The cut is fantastic as well. It is very lively. This stone has a great shape to it with slightly pointed corners. The stone is natural, and has not been treated in any way. The Ring We set this firecracker of a stone in a custom made split shank halo ring. There is a lovely contour to the ring. Everything is well finished and smooth. The halo was created to match the shape of the stone. This adds a wonderful visual contrast to the ring as well as adding even more finger covreage. The stone looks even more vibrant - happy too - in its new home. The ring has great presence on the hand and is very comfortable to wear.
