1.30ct W-X VS1 Cushion Cut Diamond Halo Ring

Let’s face it there are a lot of diamonds out there. We have to be very selective. I look at a lot of diamonds to select one.

In this case the diamond caught my eye immediately.

I really had no intention of buying anything that day when this cutter came to call, but this stone really had a cut that caught my eye.

The stone was nowhere near the bottom of the market in terms of price - but I accept the fact that the exceptional examples always cost more than run of the mill goods.

This is a 1.30 that could be a 1.50 based on visual size. The cut is amazing for sparkle as well.

Of course the lovely profile is another draw.

Put this all together with a fairly high crown, small table, and low overall depth and you have dazzling light performance. This is a stone that looks just like a Fancy Colored diamond, although the GIA color grade in in “the alphabet”

The stone has VS1 clarity.

It truly is an awesome stone, and I guess I need to join “compulsive diamond buyers anonymous”

The Ring

The Ring is beautifully done. The three colors set each other off magnificently. The pink is so very pink, the white diamonds in stark contrast. The contrast of colors will draw attention from those who see it.

The ring is comfortable and designed so it can be worn next to any wedding band.
