1.73ct U-V, Natural Light Yellow SI2 Radiant Cut DiamondI love it when we can find stones like this! The U-V natural light yellow color range represents a great bargain. The photos give you a good idea of what you'll be looking at. The stone is definitely more than "off-white". It is truly a natural light yellow diamond. The cut is extraordinary. Very large for a 1.73 carat stone, the stone is sparkle from one end to the other. The shape, proportions and corner size are also very pleasing to the eye. The stone is a totally clean SI2 clarity. Imperfection is in a place that it's extremely difficult to see with the loupe, and impossible to see with the naked eye. There is no black carbon in the diamond. The stone was cut by a very good friend of ours who is an awesome "strategist" when it comes to the cutting of fancy colored diamonds in this case, the diamond you are looking at was originally part of a much larger piece of rough diamonds. That diamond was sewn – sawed in such a manner to produce the most efficient use of the large piece of rough diamond. I believe the bottom piece finished out to be about 4 1/2 carats. The fact that we buy it from a cutter who makes his profit on the part that we do not buy, also allows us to get you a very special price. This diamond look amazing in a ring.
