1.01ct Fancy Vivid Yellow VS1 Radiant Cut Diamond RingDiamonds of this hue are remarkably rare. Of course rarity, in itself, does not make something beautiful. This particular Vivid Yellow has a tremendous amount going for it. For one thing, it is beautiful - very much so. It has a broad rectangular shape which looks amazing in this ring. The clarity on this stone is VS2 - extremely clean and clear. There is one tiny inclusion and no black carbon whatsoever. The small inclusion which exists is tough to find this with a loupe- there is no way you can see it with the naked eye. I love this shape - you can see what I'm talking about in these photos. We call it a "Matchbook" which is broader than a "Matchbox". The people who responsible for this nomenclature were clearly pyromaniacs. Seriously, if you think about it, your traditional matchbook is almost square- like this stone. A matchbox, on the other hand, is longer. The Ring Our rings are all "Made To Order". It could be said there is a "basic" or a "normal" way to set a diamond. For example, many people love trilliants next to a radiant. Rounds were not the first thing I thought of. Actually, they were suggested by someone. So we tried - with (in my opinion) smashing results. The look is traditional and modern all at the same time. Of course we don't use just any old round diamonds. We picked a "gem" quality pair. That means icy white colorless, VS clarity and - most important - the highest quality in terms of cut. Together, the stones sing. The ring is compact, yet packs a HUGE burst of sparkle. The design means it's low to the finger- and comfortable to wear every hour of every day. Your own personal treasure. The photos above are ACTUAL Photos of the diamond ring you will receive.
