I feel that an important part of my job is finding great looking diamonds for people who don't have a gazillion bucks to spend- and great looking I1 is a great way to do that.
As long as the cut is good you can start to consider a diamond. This one's cut is way better than merely "good". It's really well cut.

More on this Classic Cushion Diamond CLARITY I1- Now that the diamond is set it's possible to see the feather if you try hard. On the other hand, it's by no means easy to see.. CUT A great combination of old and new, this is a very brilliant cushion. COLOR Beautifully colorless G- as graded by GIA CARAT WEIGHT 1.00carat- on the nose. The Ring For this cushion, I chose half moon side diamonds. I don't take such choices lightly, considering many factors. For example, not every diamond would look as great as this one next to half moons. In this case I know it would look awesome...of course you have to have exactly the right size to make it work.
Then the next hurdle is the ring- you can't buy any pre-made ring that will fit the stones like this. The ring was made specifically for the diamonds. ALL our rings have shanks which are thick enough to take a beating.
