What a gorgeous diamond! I was just examining the stone very closely, with a 10x loupe, trying to see why GIA called it Si1.
Let's jus say that I feel they were very strict.
I finally saw the feathers that caused them to call it SI1- but they are near impossible to find- even with the assistance of a loupe.
So it's a really great Si1. But honestly, are you buying a diamond for clarity- so long as it's reasonably clean- certainly eye clean?
Informed buyers consider all aspects of a stone - this one has amazing color, sparkle, and size for it's weight. That's what make it a great value- quality. Fancy Light Yellow has a lovely lemon shade.
