This is not an exact match- I can see slight differences in these high resolution, close up, pictures However, the essence of the two stones is complimentary to each other. Plus with earrings, there's a head in the middle :)

The cut of both are nice square radiant. Strong color- they might be Fancy Yellows, but when I grade stones I am conservative.
