SOLD.....Yellow Diamond Ring: 2.76cts Y-Z Cushion Cut Five Stone Wedding Band R4544

I have really fallen for the beauty of five stone bands- actually I did a long time back. Lately I have been looking at some nice "suites" of cushion diamonds. I say suite, because they are not "matching" stones. This set of five cushions really stood out.

The measurements
4.4 x 4.2 mm
4.4 x 4.3 mm
4.7 x 4.2 mm
5 x 4.4 mm
5.1 x 4.4 mm

As you can see there is some variation from stone to stone. The stones complement each other wonderfully. And the manner in which the stones are positioned is artful.

In real life they are a BROAD strip of shiny yellow diamonds running across your finger.

The Ring

The five cushion cut diamonds are set in rich 18Karat Yellow Gold, while the remainder of the ring - the shank - is done in platinum. This is how our guys handled the size discrepancy and still managed to use lovely, non obtrusive common prongs - allowing for the focus to be all on the gorgeous cushion cut diamonds.

Now set, the cushion cut diamonds look even more yellow than before. They could easily be mistaken for a shade or two darker than they are. The whole ring is beautiful and comfortable to wear.
